For goods without quality issues, you can also apply for a return within the specified period, but the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
II. Return Application Process
Please contact customer support within 30 days of receiving the goods to apply for a return.
Provide your order number, product information, and reason for return.
After customer service approves your application, they will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
Please properly package the goods and send them back to the designated address as instructed.
Returns not following the return process or without authorization may not be accepted.

Processing time is generally 5-10 business days, and the actual arrival time depends on the payment platform.
Shipping costs (including initial shipping and return shipping) are generally non-refundable, unless the product has a quality issue.
IV. Exchange Instructions
Exchanges require submitting a return application first and being approved by customer service.
If the exchange involves a price difference, customer service will explain it during processing, and you can pay the difference or receive a refund for the difference.
The shipping policy for exchanges is the same as for returns.
V. Handling of Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the received goods are damaged or do not match the order, please contact customer support within 48 hours and provide photos or videos as proof.
